Power wash to remove any road salt if you have trailed through the country.
And if you have traveled on farm land, the power wash will make it shine.
Remove the gas; see comments below from additional info.
Put oil in cylinders and crank a few times then add some more.
Disconnect the battery and remove it to put on charge occasionally.
Visually check to see what you will need to replace for next year.
Store it indoor for protection from the elements.
Put a cover or tarp to keep dust or bird dropping off of it.
If stored outdoor you definitely need to cover it to protect from the Sun especially the seat.
